Knowing that someone was caring for Betsy as much (and maybe even more) than I do was especially important to me as a first time adopter.  Catherine sends videos and pictures of Betsy when I'm not home, and suggested that I get a Ring camera so I could keep an eye on Betsy when I wasn't there. I also love that Catherine doesn't use her phone while walking and is extremely committed to street safety and creating a distraction-free environment for her pups (babies).  When Betsy was sick with pancreatitis earlier this year, Catherine called the hospital and advocated on my behalf. I am new to NYC and had never left my cat with anyone besides my Mom.  I was super nervous about leaving him with anyone but I found Cat online and she is fantastic!!!  She came and took care of my little guy twice a day over the Fourth of July for 5 days.  After a couple of days she had my "scaredy cat" out playing and demanding his food and treats.  I honestly couldn't believe it.    She sent me videos and texted me each time she visited because she knew I was scared to leave him and needed to know he was ok.  I am excited to have someone so trustworthy and caring that I am going to be able to travel now and not worry about my little guy!!  I wish I could give her more review stars!

What can I say? Catherine (Pet Nanny NYC) is simply the best. She has taken care of my dog during daily walk and training sessions for the past few months, and is a fantastic trainer and caretaker: reliable, trustworthy, truly professional and great at what she does. My two year old dog pulls on the leash and can be challenging for anyone but me to walk. So  when I needed to find a dog walker, I was cautious about trusting just anyone with walking him. It took just a few minutes when I first met Catherine during a consultation that I knew she was absolutely the right person. She had a great connection with Neptune (my dog), and is excellent at focusing in on training and improving dog behavior (like my dog pulling on the leash), while on daily walks.
